Natalie Fierek
Natalie M. Fierek is a graduate of Ball State University, summa cum laude, and Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. Natalie worked as the Policy and Procedure Analyst for the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana from 2001-2004. In this position she was responsible for administration of self-insured employers and the Second Injury Fund. She worked closely with the Chairman and Members of the Worker’s Compensation Board to conduct legal research and writing. She served as the Board’s legislative liaison and assisted with the drafting of worker’s compensation legislation.
Natalie practiced law at Ice Miller,LLP, representing employers, third party administrators and insurance companies in worker’s compensation matters. Since 2006, Natalie has exclusively represented injured workers and social security disability claimants.
Natalie is a member of the American. Indiana, Indianapolis and Allen County Bar Associations, the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Institute, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Natalie is an author of West’s Worker’s Compensation Law and Practice. She has spoken at numerous continuing legal education seminars including those for the National Business Institute, Lorman and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foudation. She regularly presents information about worker’s compensation in Indiana at employer and employee educational events.
Natalie resides with her husband and two daughters in North Webster, Indiana. She enjoys boating and cooking. Natalie is active in her community and serves on the Boards of the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation and uLEAD.
